Warranties: You warrant that you are at least 15 years old and posses the legal authority to enter into this agreement and to use this website in accordance with the terms and conditions of this agreement. You agree to be financially responsible for all of your use of this website as well as for the use of your name and credit card account to pay services at this website by members of your household, including minors living with you. You also warrant that all information supplied by you or members of your household in using this website is true and accurate.
Transmission of personal data : You acknowledge and agree that by providing Travel2Egypt Tours with any personal information through the Travel Site for the purpose of registering on Travel2Egypt website, or reserving or purchasing products or services, you consent to Travel2Egypt Tours sharing certain of that information with Service Providers solely as necessary to complete a transaction you have requested. Payment: For the services contracted, some advance payment should be made to hold the booking on a confirmed basis maximum 3 days after confirmation and the balance amount can be paid either before your departure from your country or upon arrival to Egypt-but definitely before the commencement of the services. Your traveler consultant will advise you with the amount to be paid as an advance payment, based on the nature of services and the time left for the commencement of the services. Apart from the above in some cases like special train journeys, hotel or resort bookings during the peak season (X-Mas, New Year) full payment is required to be sent in advance.
Mode of Payment: Overseas advance payment can be made through Bank wire transfer or Western Union The remainder balance, can be made through Currency notes or travelers cheque or through Master / Visa credit card. In case of payment through credit card or wire transfer, the bank charges – as applicable – would be levied over & above the total amount.
Cancellation: Cancellation requests should be sent via email to provide the Company with written confirmation that your reservation should be cancelled.
In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:
- 45 days prior arrival – 10% of the tour/service cost will be charged as a bank transaction fee.
- From 44 days to 30 days prior arrival – 25% of the tour/service cost will be charged
- From 29 days to 15 days prior to arrival – 50% of the tour/service cost will be charged
- From 14 days to 7 hours prior to arrival – 75% of the tour/service cost will be charged
- Less than 7 days or no show – No Refund 100% will be charged.
Additionally, there are cancellation fees on all domestic flights within Egypt. If you cancel a tour at any time, you will be subject to any fees according to airline’s cancellation policy.
Refunds: refund will normally be made to the same account and using the same method used for the original payment within a maximum period of 14 working days. No refunds are possible in the event of a no show for an existing reservation.
Accommodation: Unless otherwise stated, prices are based on two persons sharing a room (twin sharing). Rooms for single occupants are available with an additional of supplementary rate. Hotels and lodges are named as an indication of quality and rooms may be reserved at an establishment of similar quality. Published prices are inclusive of tariffs and other costs at the time of printing and are subject to change without notice.
Flights:
Domestic Flights: The programs quote the average price of flights with approximate timings. Requests for specific flight times or changes to previously booked reservations may result in changes to the total price of the package.
Special Requests: If the Client has any special requests, he should inform company at the time of booking. The Company and its suppliers will try to satisfy such requests, but, as these do not form part of the contract, the company does not guarantee to do so, including for pre-bookable seats. If the Company confirms that a special request has been noted or passed on to the supplier or refers to it on the confirmation invoice or elsewhere, this is not a guarantee to fulfill it. The Client will not be specifically notified if a special request cannot be met. The Company does not accept bookings, which are conditional on the fulfillment of any special request.
Entrance fees: Prices include main entrance fees of the attraction additional entrance fees in some archaeological sites are not included in the price like entering inside the Pyramids, Mummies room in the Egyptian museum and Tut Ankh Amun tomb, Nefertari tomb…etc
Children Policy:
Policy 1: for packages, Nile cruises, and hotels
Under 2 years old: free of charge
Under 6 years old: 25% of total tour cost for an individual
Under 12 years old: 50% of total tour cost for an individual
All children 12 or older are considered adults.
If your tour package includes flights, an extra supplement for your child may apply.
Policy 2: for sightseeing tours & shore excursions
Under 6 years old: free of charge
Under 12 years old: 50% of total tour cost for an individual
All children 12 or older are considered adults.
If your sightseeing tours include domestic flights or ferry boat, an extra supplement for your child may apply.
Tour Guides
Clients should take note that Tour Guides and Tour Facilitators are NOT the personal maids of the guests/clients. A tour guide (U.S.) or a tourist guide (European) guides visitors in the language of their choice, provides assistance, information and cultural, historical and contemporary heritage interpretation to people on organized tours and individual clients at educational establishments, religious and historical sites, museums, and at venues of other significant interest. As such, Clients should not expect that the tour guides would personally assist to their every need. Tour guide job is finished once he finishes all assigned visits in the tour.
Tipping: Tipping is customary for expressing one’s satisfaction with good services rendered to him by staff on duty with him. We advise you to tip as you are willing. This will be greatly appreciated by staff, but you are not obligated to do so.
Complaints: If you have any complaints while you are in Egypt, please notify the company immediately because most problems can be solved quickly. If you feel that your problem persists call the chairman of the company while you are still on your tour.
Our liabilities & limitations: The Company acts only as an agent for the participants in regard to travel, whether by rail road, boat, aircraft, or any other mode of transport, and assume no liability for injury, illness, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity to person or property resulting directly or indirectly from any of the following causes: weather, acts of God, force major, acts of government or other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, labor disputes, riots, theft, mechanical breakdowns, quarantines or acts of default, delays, cancellations or changes made by any hotel, carrier, or restaurant. No responsibility is accepted for any additional expenses
Please note that after the finalization of the tour/service cost, if there are any hikes in entrance fees of monuments/museums, taxes, fuel cost or guide charges by the Government of Egypt, the same would be charged as extra. Next Tours acts only in the capacity of agent for the hotels, airlines, transporters, railways & contractors providing other services & all exchange orders, receipts, contracts & tickets issued by us are issued subject to terms & conditions under which these services are provided by them. All itineraries are sample itineraries, intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of the participants etc. may dictate itinerary changes either before the tour or while on the trail. We reserve the right to change any schedule in the interest of the trip participants’ safety, comfort & general well being. Similarly all hotel photos are correct at the time of posting and they are indicative photos. Our rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the hotels, airlines etc. Hotels and Airlines retain the right to modify the rates without notice. In case of such changes the rates quoted before the modification, can be changed by us according to the modifications by hotels or airlines. All hotel bookings are based on usual check in and check out time of the hotels until unless indicated in the itinerary We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the program or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipments, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents. We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting – directly or indirectly – from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control. We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggage & personal property/s at all times are at the client’s risk.
Joining a Tour : For day trips, whether an individual day trip or a series of day trips, Bookings must be confirmed and payment must be made to the Company at least 72 (seventy-two) hours before the departure of the day trip, tailor-made tour, package tour, or group tour. If payments are not made in time, the Company may not be able to reserve tour guides or vehicles. Credit card payments require 48 (forty-eight) to 72 (seventy-two) hours before payments are cleared and deposited into the Company’s bank account. Forex transfers (also called wire transfers) are usually only cleared and deposited into the Company’s bank account after 3 (three) to 4 (four) business days. Any booking will remain in provisional status until paid in full.
No booking of any trip is confirmed unless payment is received in full. Deluxe Travel reserves the right to give preference to bookings that are paid up over provisional unpaid bookings and therefore if client delays payment they run the risk of losing the availability of the tour to them. However, Deluxe Travel Tours can confirm bookings on receipt of part payment if such is agreed by Deluxe Travel Tours in an email relating to a specific tour and such an agreement is binding.
Third-party properties and suppliers booked as part of a tour or package are subject to the terms and conditions of the suppliers of the services booked. Where such terms and conditions are materially different from the Company’s own Standard Terms and Conditions, this will be specified in the Invoice. The Company will, on written request, provide a copy of the supplier’s terms and conditions.
For purchased day tours and excursions, the trip will run until all the tours are covered with a maximum of 12 hours for day and half-day tours. For clients wanting to spend more time than the tour duration extra cost will apply.
Travel2Egypt Tours send quotation of the services which are based on the request sent by the customer any changes or modification of the service will result in cost change based on the extra services requested.
Documents: It is the traveler’s sole and exclusive responsibility to have all required documents for the trip. The traveler must have a valid passport and any required visas according to the itinerary chosen. The traveler shall not be entitled to any refund if he or she fails to comply with the above requirements. Travelers will have to pay any expenses resulting from their failure to produce any required documents, in which case the voluntary cancellation policy shall apply. The same shall apply if any country’s authorities deny the traveler entry into their country.
Acceptance of the agreement: The contract constituted by the company’s acceptance of the client’s booking, subject to these booking conditions, shall constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Company. The payment of a deposit or final payment by bank transfer indicates that tour participants have read and accepted all terms and conditions and agree to abide by them ,and The customer declares to understand and accept all the conditions described in this page.
